OSPI is the primary agency charged with overseeing K-12 public education in Washington state. OSPI is required to share the information with institutions of higher education for the purpose of informing students and families of postsecondary educational opportunities available in the state.
If you do not want this information released to OSPI, and you have not already filled out an opt-out form, please print the form below, complete the opt out section, and return it to your student’s school by October 30, 2024. Forms are also available in the Jenkins Jr/Sr High School and Quartzite Learning offices. Complete a separate form for each student.
