Jim Fisk - PECoach Fisk teaches Weights and PE at JHS. He is also the head football coach and assistant wrestling coach. Coach Fisk has been teaching and coaching in the Chewelah School District for seven years.

This class is designed for those individuals who want to increase their strength base, maximize their potential for physical output and prepare their bodies for the physical demands of extra curricular activities. The focus of this course is strength development through practice in the squat, bench, power clean, power snatch, and jerk press core lifts of the Bigger Faster Stronger program. Endurance development through circuit and polymeric training is also a key component that is practiced in this course. Students will be tested and evaluated in the areas of core strength development, circuit endurance, motor fitness, speed development, and flexibility throughout the course.
